True Hybrid

Not all Hybrids are created equal.  Charcoal BBQs are “authentic”, Gas BBQs are handy. They are both generally one trick ponies.  If you are anything like the Stagforge family, we appreciate the handiness and speed of a gas BBQ while we desire live fire cooking whenever possible. We are also massive advocates of trying new things, new foods, cooking methods but we do not believe you should need to have 4 different BBQs just to do it.

We are redefining Hybrid. Not only does a Stagforge have multiple heat sources making it a hybrid in the common sense of the word but we have taken a multitude of cooking styles and redesigned the BBQ as if we were only focusing on creating it for that style.
