Shipping Information

All Stagforge BBQ ovens and products are built to order. As such, production times may vary based on demand and complexity. Once your order is complete, we will arrange for secure delivery via a trusted courier service.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
 

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom and Eire. For delivery outside these areas, please contact us directly at info@stagforge.co.uk.

 

Collection

We do not offer a collection service.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Stagforge products are custom built to order and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We may request photos or a video to help us assess the issue.

How to Report a Fault

To report a fault or damage:
- Email us at info@stagforge.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video
- We will respond within 3 working days with next steps

Non-Returnable Items

Because our BBQ ovens are made to order and customised for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect specifications, or buyer's remorse.
