A BBQ lid should be more than just a thin piece of metal to keep the wind out. At Stagforge our lid design is fundamental to so many aspects of the BBQs functions.

 

Our lids and doors are heavy, really heavy. So heavy infact that we need help to open and close them. We put our engineering to the test and developed our Air assist doors, which take the weight away for you making them effortless to use.

 

But we didn’t stop there. These doors are heavy 3+4mm thick stainless and we want you to feel how solid and well built they are so we dialled back on the help a little. Just enough to let you know you are moving something solid but still practically effortlessly.

 

To top it off our lid will stay put in whatever opening position you leave it at!
